October 9,2015:

Gasa had the honour of the visit (6 - 9 October 2015 )of Gyalyum Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuk, HRH Ashi Sonam Dechan Wangchuk her Sey Trulku Rimpoche and Sey Dasho. During which HRH inaugurated the Nangkha Nangdrik trg programme for the Tshogpas of Gasa and Punakha and Gyalyum inaugurated a Neykhang and Jangchuk Chorten in celebration of the 60th Birth anniversary of the Great Fourth. We also had the fortune of receiving blessings from Miraculous Sey Rimpoche.
We also had the Ven Dorji Lopen to close the 3 yrs, 3 months, 3 days meditation retreat for 4 Gelongs of Gasa Rabdey (7 - 9 October ).
We also had Home Minister as a part of the Royal Entourage and his first time in our Dzongkhag. He visited Dzong and Dzong renovation project. Standing near and around Lhadar and Gyaldhar, he also gave a short but beautiful talk on the Great Fourth to us.
