2nd DT of the 2nd LG of Gasa is underway. The inaugural session with election of chairperson (Khatoed Gup Thinley) and Deputy chair (Laya Mangmi Tshewang) were conducted yesterday coinciding with the auspicious Day of the 10 years of the Golden Reign of Our Majesty- Druk Gyalpo. Today's DT session started by offering tashi khadar to the newly elected thrizin and deputy thrizin,
