I. Online Services

  1. Birth Registration
  2. Death Registration
  3. Census Move-In & Move-Out
  4. Processing of CID/SRC cards CID New, Replacement, Lost, Damage, Typographic errors and Occupation change.
  5. Change of Household (HOH)
  6. Issuance of Household Information (Family Tree)
  7. Name change and Age correction
  8. Change/update of individual information
  9. Issuance of Relation Certificate 
  10. Change/update of spouse information
  11. Issuance of Nationality Certificate

 

II. Offline Services

  1. Conduct annual census and compiling the report and submission to Department 
  2. Distribution of CID cards to public
  3. Verification of Census drop-out case and submit to the Department
  4. Verification of double census and submit to the Department
  5. Verification of village name location and submit to Department and other day to day miscellaneous services
