The first coordination meeting involving the Dzongkhag Administration, Rabdey, regional offices, and Gewog Administrations was successfully held on 27th May 2025. The meeting was chaired by Dasho Dzongdag and attended by Lam Neten, Dasho Drangpon, Dasho Dzongrab, Gewog Thrizins, as well as sectors and regional heads.
The primary objective of the meeting was to strengthen institutional synergy and alignment through the core principles of the 3Cs – Coordination, Collaboration, and Cooperation. These principles aim to promote efficient service delivery, harmonized development planning, and enhanced responsiveness to public needs.
The coordination meeting aimed to foster collaboration and streamline governance by enhancing communication, aligning development plans, and improving service delivery across all the agencies. Key goals included reducing duplication, promoting transparency and joint problem solving, and ensuring timely implementation of activities.
Major agenda items included the nomination of a Deputy Chairperson and Member Secretary for effective leadership and documentation, and the development of meeting guidelines- covering agenda focus areas, meeting frequency, venue selection, timing, and provision of necessary resources.
