Happy Traditional Day of Offering!

Today on the eve of Chunipai’s Losar, the Zhung (heart treasures) was offered/installed in the newly being built Khangzang chorten in Gasa. The Zhung brought from OGZ, Thimphu was received in formal procession from Dzong to the construction site. Envisioned and funded by His Majesty, a chorten each will be built in all dzongkhags by the ex-service men. With just 27 members, ours could be the smallest ex-uniformed men among dzongkhags. The chorten is Khangzang Chorten and hope to be completed by May/June this year.
