This morning the sector heads and Dzongrab signed with Dzongda the 2016/17 APA of the sectors over a brief gathering at the DT hall. Dzongda signed with 19 sectors and Dzongrab. 
The newly posted Planning officer Leki in his introduction highlighted that this signing is a strong indicator of our support to the Government's initiative of strengthening the government performance and improving the public service delivery. Dzongda highlighted that though our performance in 2015/16 was good but in the spirit of our "good to great" vision, we need to improve and we will improve.
