Congratulations and Celebration to the seven Royal Civil Service Medalists. We received one Gold, two Silver and 4 Bronze. Handing over the Medals on Behalf of His Majesty, Dzongda humbly expressed deepest gratitude to His Majesty and RCSC for initiating such inspirational recognition. He reminded all medalists, now that they have received the Medals, they have become even more obliged to serve the Tsawa Sum with utmost dedication and commitment thus contributing meaningfully in making Bhutanese civil service Excellent in delivering Service...."Excellence in Service"
