Gasa is also observing the International Day for elimination of voilence against women and child. 
Pre-lunch prog was observed in Dzong premises. Started with annual raising of Our Dzong's Lhadar, Offer Zabten to Drukgyal Zhigpa, various talk on the theme, presentation on RENEW, NCD, distribution of Caps etc. The highlight of the morning Program was designation of Aum Dema a senior woman citizen who is also a volunteer of RENEW/BNEW as the Chief Guest. though it was an extempore designation, Aum Dema made a beautiful and meaningful speech.
Post-lunch will be observed in Dzong renovation project premises where we will have 150 plus participants.
