Coinciding with auspicious day, The 11th Dzongkhag Tshogdue (DT) of 2nd Local Government for Gasa Dzongkhag began with the Zhug-dray-phensumsogpa and offering of marchang. The program will keep on live for two days deliberating issues such as endorsement of budget for financial Year 2020-2021 and development aspects of the Dzongkhag.
The Members of Parliament and Member of National Council are in attendance in addition to sector heads and regional heads as the observers. The session started with reviewing of 10th Dzongkhag Tshogdue resolution.
