Farewell and welcome for outgoing and incoming staff

Today, in the last hour of working day, every staff available gathered at Dzongkhag Tshogdue Hall to welcome all new teachers joining Gasa Dzongkhag and to bid farewell for those who are transferred to other agencies. Amongst us we had Mr. Gyem Drukgyel for his superannuation after completing 36 years of his services to TSA-WA-SUM creating encouragement to everyone gathered. The room was filed with enthusiasm and motivation as he nod his head with much gratification and contentment and we wished him countless blessings for his next precious steps.

The guest of honor, Dasho Dzongda advised all 14 teachers who are placed at schools of four gewogs to carry the full weight of this heavy and critical role for developing and creating right paths for the youths who are the future of the Nation. They were encouraged to serve with full dedications and to be mentally and spiritually prepared. The highlights from Dasho’s address to the floor vis-à-vis new/transferred staff are: to be proactive all the time; being a step ahead in every field with a well-disciplined mind and act; and being physical and mentally strong to serve the King, People and the Country.
The following staffs are leaving Gasa on transfer:
1.Tashi Dorji, Dzongkhag Statistical Officer to Wangdue Dzongkhag.
2.Karma, Finance Officer to Ministry of Work and Human Settlement, Thimphu.
3.Chencho Nedup, Surveyor to National Land Commission Secretariat.
4.Kinley Chuki,Gewog Administration officer,Lunana Gewog to Goen Shari Gewog,Punakha Dzongkhag.
5.Namgay Wangdi, Land Record Assistant to Wangdue Dzongkhag
6.Jamyang Dema,Electrician to Wangdue Dzongkhag

For all the new staff joining us, we would like to anew take the opportunity to proffer our warmest welcome and best wishes during your stay here and would like to thank all outgoing official for every contribution they made to the Dzongkhag and wish them great luck and happiness.
